This mid-century modern dream has everything you need to work and play in paradise. Renovations are finalizing now, and photos are due on the 31st! We will upload them asap! There are 3 parking spots at the unit and additional parking nearby. On the first floor, walk in to a large closet stocked with all the beach gear you need! We have everything from shelters, to chairs, to games and a cooler! Walk up to the second level and you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and a half bathroom. The living room features a large 65in smart TV, and large comfy couch with a retro reclining chair and an oversized arm chair. Also in the living room is a oversized standing desk, with comfy chair and walking pad! There is access to the second floor deck from the living room and dining room! The dining room features a beautiful MCM solid wood round table and a cool retro bar cart, ready with all the mixology tools to craft your favorite drink! The kitchen features a massive island and counter seating. Appliances include a full-sized stove/oven, fridge, and dishwasher. There is also an air fryer! The laundry area features a new Samsung full-sized washer and dryer! Heading up to the third floor, you will find the bedroom suites. Both feature third floor deck access and water views of the Sound. The master bedroom is generous in size and features a king sized bed with luxe pillows. There is a 55in tv and daybed to sit and relax! The bedroom has a stnadard sized closet and 6 drawer dresser. Attached is a private full bathroom! The second bedroom has a beautfuil queen bed, 4 drawer dresser, desk and seating area. There is a 40in tv also. Attached is a large walkin closet and private full bathroom. The outdoor decks feature amazing amenities. The first-level deck has a charcoal BBQ grill, handmade wooden picnic bench, and Adirondack chairs. Two paddleboards are also available(all parties must sign a waiver prior to receiving code, paddleboards are +18yrs ). In the storage closet with all the beach gear is a bicycle, too, in case you need to make a quick beer run! The second floor deck features a large comfy couch with coffee table and outdoor movie set up. Take the projector plug it in and stream your favorite movies while listening to the waves. There is also a small table to sit and enjoy a meal or your morning coffee. The final, third-floor deck features a large sectional and amazing water views. Feel like sun lounging but don't want to walk over to the pool? This sectional converts in a couple of quick steps to two sun loungers! Up here also is a high-top bar table to relax and unwind with your cocktail at the end of the day! Come enjoy paradise in a home designed to cater to your every wish. If you are celebrating something or coming for a special occasion, please let us know! Damage Protection: -Instead of charging a security deposit, Host charges a non-refundable $45 damage waiver fee, which is included in the “Management Fee”, that covers up to $3,000 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waiver fee is non-refundable, if a guest changes properties for any reason, they may be charged a new damage waiver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property manager.
