Damage Protection: -Instead of charging a security deposit, Host charges a non-refundable $45 damage waiver fee, which is included in the “Management Fee”, that covers up to $3,000 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Many gracious mansions align the historic streets of this beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Loaded with stately charm where you can stroll the tree lined streets and walk to downtown. Half a mile to downtown Pensacola and beaches are just a 10 minute ride away. Publix grocery store is right around the corner. Only 10 minutes to Pensacola International Airport (PNS). East Hill is the most desirable spot in Pensacola! With numerous bars and restaurants nearby it has so much to do. Its also an easy walk to downtown or to the bay.
