This cute 2 bedroom 1 bathroom duplex sleeps 4. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom features two twin beds that can be separated or joined to make a king! Providing lots of sleeping flexibility. Both bedrooms have white noise machines to help light sleepers! There is one carport on site, it can fit two cars. There is free parking nearby as well. Beach gear provided includes a sand- proof large blanket, 4 beach towels, a sand proof bag, a cooler with wheels, a pop up shade, and two beach chairs! (Photographed) The living room area features a large comfy couch, and smart tv with all streaming apps available. The chandelier is a smart light with dozens of possible lighting settings to set any mood! The kitchen features all full sized appliances and is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials. There is a coffee maker as well, with coffee provided. We also have a Ninja Foodi that can grill, and air fry! There is a dining space that offers more prep space as well. We have a washer/dryer on site in the hallway ready to use. Do you need to get some work done? Look no further. We have a large automated adjustable height desk. If you want to sit and work we have a cozy chair to do so. Prefer to stand? There's an awesome balance board to help you stay in the zone. Need to print? We also have a printer ready to go! This space is designed to have everything you could need while visiting! Come stay in the best neighborhood in Pensacola and feel the allure of East Hill! Please note- This home is a duplex, and very central so you may hear traffic noise(we do have white noise devices in each bedroom to help light sleepers.) This is the Front unit! Many gracious mansions align the historic streets of this beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Loaded with stately charm where you can stroll the tree lined streets and walk to downtown. Half a mile to downtown Pensacola and beaches are just a 10 minute ride away. Publix grocery store is right around the corner. Only 10 minutes to Pensacola International Airport (PNS). East Hill is the most desirable spot in Pensacola! With numerous bars and restaurants nearby it has so much to do. Its also an easy walk to downtown or to the bay.
