This apartment is located in the historic district of downtown Sanford. It is detached from a beautiful home and tucked in the back at the end of the driveway. It is located above a garage and is two floors. Guests can enjoy their private entrance, and the ample parking this apartment allows. Upon entering you will find the first living room. Furnished with a large comfy couch, and smart TV. There is a small eating space as well. Past the living room is the bedroom. It features a queen sized bed with an open closet and dresser. The downstairs space also has a fully stocked kitchen ready for your stay! Across the hall is the bathroom. The bathroom features a shower with a rain showerhead. Upstairs is a second bedroom with a full size bed, closets and a dresser! Beyond that is the second living room! It also has a comfy couch, smart tv and a eat in dining space!

Damage Protection: -Instead of charging a security deposit, Host charges a non-refundable $45 damage waiver fee, which is included in the “Management Fee”, that covers up to $3,000 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Becasue the damage waiver fee is non-refundable, if a guest changes properties for any reason they may be charged a new damage waiver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property manager.
