Both floors have private bedrooms & private living rooms! Also, there is 2 standing desks for the WFH travelers! This home is perfect for the group travelers that need a little extra space or alone time! If you need other dates reach out, we host longer stays so we leave the calendar limited!

This historic apartment is located in the McIver Historic district of downtown Sanford. It is detached from a beautiful home and tucked quietly in the back at the end of the driveway. It is located above a garage and is two floors. Guests can enjoy their private entrance, and the ample parking this apartment allows. Upon entering you will find the first living room. Furnished with a large comfy couch, and smart TV. There is a small eating space as well. Past the living room is the bedroom. It features a queen sized bed with an open closet and dresser. The downstairs space also has a fully stocked kitchen ready for your stay! Across the hall is the bathroom. The bathroom features a shower with a rain showerhead. Upstairs is a second bedroom with a full size bed, closets and a dresser! Beyond that is the second living room! It also has a comfy couch, smart tv and a eat in dining space! There is a standing desk with chair too.
