Damage Protection: -Instead of charging a security deposit, Host charges a non-refundable $59 damage waiver fee, which is included in the “Management Fee”, that covers up to $3,000 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Becasue the damage waiver fee is non-refundable, if a guest changes properties for any reason they may be charged a new damage waiver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property manager.
