Damage Protection: -Instead of charging a security deposit, Host charges a non-refundable $45 damage waiver fee, which is included in the “Management Fee”, that covers up to $3,000 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Because the damage waiver fee is non-refundable, if a guest changes properties for any reason, they may be charged a new damage waiver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property manager.

The cottage is only 3 miles from downtown Knoxville which offers excellent dining, shopping and events. The Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Frozen Head and many other great parks and natural areas are less than an hour away. The neighborhood features many walking trails, and a dog park also!
