This beautiful, large historic home is recently renovated and fully furnished! The blue unit features a full-sized bed, dresser, closet, and desk in the unit. Includes private bathroom! The main house has over 3000 sqft of shared living space. The kitchen has been remodeled and features new appliances, including a dishwasher. The stove has air fry as an option also! Inside the doorway is a sprawling living room with large comfy couches and a custom piano dry bar. Off the main living room is a cozy sunroom to enjoy the Carolina weather. The dining room features a large wooden table with enough space to seat everyone! Upstairs is a cozy movie room ready for the best movie nights. It is a massive 80-inch smart TV with a modern surround sound with an old-timey twist. There is a full-sized washer/dryer in the basement. All bedrooms feature ceiling fans and keyless entry locks for privacy.
Other Details to Note
Damage Protection: -Instead of charging a security deposit, Host charges a non-refundable $45 damage waiver fee, which is included in the “Management Fee”, that covers up to $3,000 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules or the rental property agreement when you book for more information about how the damage waiver works. Becasue the damage waiver fee is non-refundable, if a guest changes properties for any reason they may be charged a new damage waiver fee for the new property at the discretion of the property manager.
