NEW UPDATES: All new furniture to include beds and high quality memory foam mattresses! New Couch and new 65in smart tv. Adjustable height desk for maximum focus while working from home! This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex sleeps 4. Both bedrooms also have white noise machines to help light sleepers! Beach gear provided includes a sand- proof large blanket, 4 beach towels, and a sand proof bag! The living room area features a large comfy couch, and a 65in smart with all streaming apps available. The kitchen features all full-sized appliances and is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials. There is a coffee maker as well, with coffee provided. There is a dining space that offers more prep space. We have a washer/dryer on-site in the master bedroom, ready to use. This space is designed to have everything you could need while visiting! Come stay in the best neighborhood in Pensacola and feel the allure of East Hill! Please note- This home is very centrally located, so guests might hear noise from traffic.(we have white noise devices in each bedroom to help light sleepers.) The parking for this home is not the carport, it is a grass lot next to the home.

Half a mile to downtown Pensacola and beaches are just a 10 minute ride away. Publix grocery store is right around the corner. Only 10 minutes to Pensacola International Airport (PNS). East Hill is the most desirable spot in Pensacola! With numerous bars and restaurants nearby it has so much to do. Its also an easy walk to downtown or to the bay.
