After a stressful situation at a previous Airbnb, we located Ashley’s place. The rest of our time in Pensacola was laid back and we were able to spend quality time with our son who we were visiting. The place was cozy and we felt relaxed and right at home.

I didn't stay in the unit but had my parents stay there a week, while I rented the front unit. They loved it and were very comfortable. It was set up just like the photos, had all the amenities they needed. Location is on a busy street but not sure how noisy the traffic is in that apartment. 2 really good restaurants a block each way and everything else is pretty close.

Conveniently located to restaurants, entertainment and events. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment was nice and clean. All of the expected amenities were available. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond anytime we had a question. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. The fireplace was such a nice touch and made the stay especially cozy during the winter. We would definitely stay again!

Ashley was very quick to respond after our original accommodations fell through and we were able to book super fast! The house was adorable, loved the decor and it was very clean. Love the treats for the dog. Great location, we look forward to staying there again!

My favorite stay by FAR. Fantastic host, fantastic place, I truly cannot say enough nice things. Everything was extremely clean, as pictured, and worth every penny. We spent most of our time on the private beach since there were little to no people. We walked over to the gulf side as well (maybe a 2 minute walk - max), but ended up just preferring the seclusion of the private area. We are absolutely looking forward to returning to this home. 10/10 all around.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The upgraded 2-bedroom was spacious, clean, and beautifully set up with everything we could possibly need. The patios were wonderful spots to relax with coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening, and the entire place felt like home from the moment we walked in. What really made this property special was the private beach access. Having paddleboards, chairs, and all the beach equipment already provided meant we didn’t need to bring a thing—it was all taken care of. It made our trip so stress-free and easy. On top of that, the host was incredibly responsive and even checked in on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The attention to detail and care really made a difference.

One of my favorite stays to date! I can’t say enough great things about this listing + location. The bed was extremely comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, and I was steps away from the beach. I also loved the bike and paddle boards. Everything was laid out PERFECTLY. I also loved the fact I could lay out on the patio and watch football on the projector. I WILL be back!!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
