My favorite stay by FAR. Fantastic host, fantastic place, I truly cannot say enough nice things. Everything was extremely clean, as pictured, and worth every penny. We spent most of our time on the private beach since there were little to no people. We walked over to the gulf side as well (maybe a 2 minute walk - max), but ended up just preferring the seclusion of the private area. We are absolutely looking forward to returning to this home. 10/10 all around.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The upgraded 2-bedroom was spacious, clean, and beautifully set up with everything we could possibly need. The patios were wonderful spots to relax with coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening, and the entire place felt like home from the moment we walked in. What really made this property special was the private beach access. Having paddleboards, chairs, and all the beach equipment already provided meant we didn’t need to bring a thing—it was all taken care of. It made our trip so stress-free and easy. On top of that, the host was incredibly responsive and even checked in on us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The attention to detail and care really made a difference.

One of my favorite stays to date! I can’t say enough great things about this listing + location. The bed was extremely comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, and I was steps away from the beach. I also loved the bike and paddle boards. Everything was laid out PERFECTLY. I also loved the fact I could lay out on the patio and watch football on the projector. I WILL be back!!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

We had a great weekend stay at Ashley’s home. It had everything we needed for our 4 person group (each having our own bed was great)! Home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, 12 mins to Neyland stadium/ Airport which made a good spot for us. Would recommend staying here if you want to be away from the hustle of downtown/ university area. It had all the amenities of home for a quick getaway. Clean, convenient and quiet at night.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The house is beautifully decorated, very clean, and felt safe and comfortable. It was in a great location with easy access to the beaches and everything Pensacola has to offer. The hosts were incredibly kind, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was an absolutely perfect place for my girlfriend and I!! We loved the fun design and the location was awesome. Ashley and Dan were great hosts. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! Great aesthetic, comfy place. This place is well decorated and designed for people who are here to be outside: visiting, beach, pub crawl (if that's your vibe), etc. You have plenty of amenities, the under bed drawers, and cute dressers serve well (just don't forget anything). The sit/stand desk is great (bring a mouse pad if you don't use the touchpad of a laptop). All the kitchen appliances function and having some essentials for cooking was great. It is Florida, don't forget any extra cooling fans/towels/gear you might have to be the heat & humidity.

Very safe place to stay! We were transitioning from moving out of a home into a new home and chose this place to stay for the meantime with our fur baby, it was such a welcoming place to stay. The pillows were AMAZING like heaven! Thank you so much for everything ! We loved our stay
